I am home.
Peter came over to see me around 11:00 a.m. and John and Elsa came by around 11:30 p.m. to escort me home.
I feel just like Dorothy Gale - there IS no
place like home.
I could write and write and write (or, more
accurately, dictate and dictate and
dictate) but I am going to spend tonight savoring being home.
Allow me to leave you with a chuckle. I am on a new medication that starts with an
"e" that is supposed to help with gastrointestinal bleeding, which apparently
I have. Here is the chuckle of the day,
actually a guffaw - the drug store does not carry the prescribed drug and need
to substitute something else that will do the same job. My prescription plan won't cover it without
going through hoops (which we are doing) because its primary use is as a birth
control pill. A lovely - but impossible
for several reasons - thought.
What a pleasure to once more go up the
wooden hill! Nite-nite and God bless.
Love - Grammie Kay
Home is the Gocky,
home from HRH,
and the Nan,
home to her bed.
